Most standard items are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Returns must be initiated before the 30-day window expires.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness in our wholesale and liquidation categories, the following items are final sale and NOT eligible for return:

Pallet orders

Bulk bundles of 25 pieces or over.

Wholesale lots and mixed-condition bundles
These items are sold as-is, and variations in style, size, condition, or assortment are expected.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return for an eligible item:

Email us at Support@casihomegoods.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions or a return label if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, defective item).
